In our continuing efforts at streamlining our processes and enhancing the delivery of service to our stakeholders, the Customs Department has introduced an online help desk portal for ASYCUDA-related support. You are encouraged to use this facility to submit your requests to the ASYCUDA Functional Support team by visiting the Department's website at https://www.customs.gov.lc. From the homepage, click on the link labeled 'ASYCUDA Help Desk' which takes you to the help desk portal. From there, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Submit a ticket' button. Complete all fields on the form and click on the 'Submit' button to submit your request. You also have the option to upload supporting documents by clicking on the 'Attach a file' link.
Also note that you can find ASYCUDA-related articles and user guides in the Knowledge Base section of the help desk portal.

The Customs and Excise department would like to inform the General Public that the concessions desk will be temporarily disrupted tomorrow, Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This planned disruption in service is to facilitate essential training for the Concession staff of the department.
During this period, access to the concessions desk, including stamping of entries and responding to queries, will not be available.
This training is necessary to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
